Yes, absolutely! When your content is ready, you will be notified and can view, edit provide feedback and approve the content directly on our Client Approval Portal.
Our packages focus on content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn. However, ask us about other platform and we can create a custom package based on your specific needs.
The content we create is completely original, customized content that positions you as an expert in your field, focuses on your products/services and capitalizes on current trends. We recommend you still post personalized content so your feeds if it’s important to your audience, and in most cases, it is.
Yes, absolutely! In fact, we will ask that you do. During the onboarding process, we ask that you share any files with us (via Google Drive) such as, your logo, brand colours, team/product/portfolio images, etc. We’ll use these to create original graphics that retain your unique touch.
Yes, we certainly can! To keep things easy, we have created our plans to include the most popular platforms and types of content, however if you need a more custom approach, please reach out and we are happy to put together a package that works for you.
There is no contract, so you’re welcome to cancel any time, however we require 30 days notice or 50% of your current package price to cancel sooner than 30 days. This is because we need to create your content in advance so we have ample time for approvals and revisions.
But in the long run, there’s still time to change the road you’re on.
